ARONTO - Order Management

Colt Telecom is a leading European telecommunications company.

 

Colt Telecom provides network services for its major accounts. The company has to handle customer inquiries, offers to customers, customer orders, service level agreements, etc. in this context and has to bill its services accordingly.

 

Colt Telecom had been using a complicated and non-integrated system with different tools for this purpose, which gave rise to incorrect invoices and dissatisfaction on the part of customers.

 

A request to the internal IT department to develop a modern system that would fit the requirements resulted in an estimate for project turnaround of at least one year at a cost of one million euros.

 

Colt Telecom opted for a solution based on the ARONTO platform. The development overhead amounted to just 37 person days and the cost of the project including license fees came in at €200,000.

ARONTO - Asset Manager

 

ARONTO delivers comprehensive and diverse solutions for Integrated Services and Asset Management (ISAM).

Itelligence AG is a global SAP consulting firm with an extensive fleet of company cars for its employees.

 

Fleet management was previously handled using Excel applications, but as the company grew, this became increasingly complicated until finally management no longer had the necessary transparency of the fleet, the leasing companies, the relevant HR data, and the costs.

 

The ARONTO platform allowed a POC for fleet management to be realized within two weeks for Itelligence AG in which the data from three leasing companies and all relevant employees was cleansed and administered. Twelve reports and three management reports were created and within a further two weeks an interface to SAP HR and workflows for processes and procedures had been made available. The POC went live immediately.

 

Development of the entire integrated fleet management took six weeks in total.

ARONTO - Service Level Management

 

ARONTO supports all conceivable processes for all levels of a corporate structure with assignment of responsibilities, rights, and distribution of tasks.

A large international IT company:

The company, a global player, lost enormous amounts of money through payment of fines owing to non-compliance with service level agreements. Service tickets had only been examined in a perfunctory manner. Faulty service tickets could not be correlated with SLA contracts and corrected.

 

In cooperation with our partner, a specialist for Service Level Management, we were able to develop an integrated review and correction system for service tickets in 45 person days using the ARONTO platform with corresponding role-based processes and reporting for internal and customer audits.

 

ARONTO allows you to model even very complicated corporate structures, reproduce existing hierarchical authorization levels, and still respond dynamically and flexibly to the market despite large data volumes.
